I first saw this lovely cake at my cousin Nana's blog. Her housemates baked it for her birthday. So, I asked for the recipe and tried it last Friday. It was one of my colleague's last working days so I thought it would be nice to bring something for her. When I was about to bake it, I just realized we were out of eggs. We had, but it was not enough. Managed to persuade hubby to drive us to Tesco. We were home by midnight. So I looked at the recipe and saw the baking time is only an hour and the recipe seems easy.
I remember the cake was quite thick so I decided to use my springform tray as it is thicker than my other baking trays. I started with caramelizing the sugar. Easy peasy. Pour it in the springform and it hardened quite fast. So, I proceeded to make the pudding mix. Very easy as well. Then I poured into the springform. Oh no!!!! the pudding mix came out from the bottom of the pan! My springform leaked! Dang! Panic attack! So I quickly poured the mix back into the mixing bowl. It was already 12.30am and I was cursing debating with myself whether should I continue or just call it a night. But there were 7 eggs in the pudding mix and it would be a waste! So I decided to divide the mix into 2 and use 2 baking trays.
So again, by 1.15am I was done caramelizing the sugars and poured them into 2 baking trays. I continued to prepare the cake mix and then divide both pudding and cake mix into 2 and pour into the trays. As my oven can only fit in 1 tray at a time, both cakes were only ready at 3 am! Put the first tray into the fridge and the other one I just let it cool down in the oven and brought both to the office in the morning.
The caramel cakes were thin but nice! Glad my friend loved it. She has been a good friend and she deserves the lovely cake for her farewell :)
Decided to bake another one after that. I bought a new cake tin and glad it turned out well. Just the right thickness though I think it could have been better if I have a new oven. As I mentioned before, my oven's heat is not balance. Enough with the ramblings, here is the recipe for the yummy caramel cake. Seriously easy. Give it a try!
Caramel Cake
1.Puding
7 biji Telur
1 cawan Susu fullcream
1cawan penuh gula
3/4 cawan air
Sikit vanila essense
2.Caramel
10sudu besar gula
3.cake
1 cawan tepung gandum
3 biji telur
250g butter
3/4 cawan gula
1/2 cawan air
Vanilla essense
1 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat
1.(Untuk caramel) panas 10sudu besar gula dalam baking tray, api slow and gaul. Bila dah perang, angkat tray.
2.(Puding) gaul semua bahan sampai sebati. Tuang dalam baking tray tadi.
3. (Cake) pukul butter and gula sampai kembang.letak bahan lain. Bila sebati, letak jugak dalam baking tray.adunan cake akan terapung,so masukkan slowly dlm baking tray.
4.Letak baking tray dalam tray yg diisi air sebelum bakar. Bakar dlm api 180deg sampai masak (about 1 hour)..:)
P/s: I found out that springform is not suitable for pudding mix hence the mess. So, I don't have to throw my springform :)

Happeeeeeeyyyyy :)
Yesterday was the height of my cooking and baking experience and I was really happy about it I can't stop grinning to my hubby when he came home last night.
First, one of my best friends (who cooks better than me) baked a bread from scratch! And she said she was inspired by me when I started baking. She (my friend who cooks better than me, I told you right?), was inspired by me! Wow! Never had I thought I would inspire someone like her. Thanks dear. You made my day.
Knowing that my hubby will be home late, I decided to bake 3 types of cookies. One was a new recipe I wanted to try called Blueberry Thumbprint Cookies (but I used wild berries). I also baked Giant M&M Bites for my dear friend and last but not least I baked Dutch Shortcakes for my brother as a present for his birthday tomorrow and for him to munch while preparing for his final.
On top of that, three of my friends reported that they tried the recipes I shared in this blog and they loved it. Well one of them actually innovated a new recipe based on my Chicken Masorma but it's still counted :) Me, sharing a recipe? If someone told me 5 years ago that I would one day be able to cook and bake (at least for the family) I would never believe it.
Growing up, I detest cooking. I love to eat all kinds of food and enjoy travelling around just to feed my craving but kitchen had never been my favourite place. I had never imagine that some day I will be able to cook, even the day-to-day dishes. We were lucky to have maid to help my mom in the kitchen when were growing up and even when we were in between maids, the most my mom would ask for my help was to clean the prawns or cook the rice. To me cooking was just not my thing. Something I am not good at so why bother spending time learning it.
After I got married, I started to learn how to cook. It started with Brahims of course and all those instant Maggi packets like black pepper and sambal tumis. Only end of last year, when my mom gave me the breadmaker, I found myself beginning to enjoy baking and cooking. I started to look for new recipes to try and some of the dishes actually turned out, not so bad. I guess it's never too late for one to learn how to cook or bake. What you need is just passion for your new hobby. Err, did I say cooking is my new hobby? :)

Chicken Schnitzel with Grilled Eggplant and Tomato Salad
My friend persuaded me to try Junior Masterchef Australia's Chicken Schnitzel with Grilled Eggplant and Heirloom Tomato Salad for quite some time and finally I gave it a try last month. True enough, it was pretty easy! I shared a picture of it in my FB and another friend of mine has been persuading me to copy the recipe and put it in my blog. So, Tika, this is my version of the recipe specially for you on your birthday. Happy Birthday! :)
Ingredients
200g breadcrumbs
50g parmesan cheese, grated
6 sprigs thyme, leaves only
2 sprigs rosemary, leaves only
Pinch salt and pepper
2 chicken breast fillet
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk (I use Nespray)
70g plain flour
olive oil for frying
40g butter, chopped
Salad
1 round eggplant
1 tablespoon olive oil
Juice of half a lemon
Extra virgin olive oil for drizzling
1 tomato sliced
100g baby tomatoes
110g mozarella cheese
1 cup mixed salad
Directions
1. Process breadcrumbs and parmesan in a food processor until well mixed. Add herbs and season with salt and pepper, process untill finely chopped.
2. Place one chicken breast in between 2 sheets of cling film and lightly pound with the flat side of meat mallet to flatten (I used the wooden dough roller). Repeat with the other breast fillet.
3. Whisk egg and milk together in a bowl. Coat one piece of chicken in flour and shake to remove excess. Then dip the chicken into the egg mixture. Then coat the chicken in breadcrumbs, pressing firmly to coat. Repeat with remaining pieces and crumbing mixtures. (To have a thicker crunchy skin, dip the chicken in the egg and coat in breadcrumbs once again)
4. For the salad, slice the eggplant into two. Heat olive oil in a grill pan over high heat. Cook eggplant until tender and golden. When cooked, place on a paper towel-lined baking tray. Arrange salad, tomatoes and eggplant in a plate. Dress with a squeeze of lemon juice, torn mozzarella and extra virgin oil and season to taste. Toss to combine.
5. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat, cook chicken in batches, until tender and golden. Reduce heat to low and add butter around the chicken. Cook until crispy, remove and place on to the paper towel-lined baking tray.
6. Serve the chicken with the salad.

Nasi Ayam oh Nasi Ayam
Masa balik dari Kijal last weekend, kitorang singgah rumah my aunty. As it was almost dinner time, my darling aunty invited us for dinner. Her maid dah takde so I offered to help and at the same time belajar macam mana nak buat nasi ayam coz according to her, kalau nak cepat, dia akan masak nasi ayam.
But masa nak masak nasi ayam semalam, terlupa a few steps and bila try call aunty tak angkat lah pulak.. So I called my mom and asked how she makes her Nasi Ayam. Jadinya semalam kitorang dinner nasi ayam version campur-campur. After letak gambar kat FB ada plak yang nak tau resepi. Diorang ni dah tere memasak sebenarnya maybe just nak tengok sama ke tak dengan diorang kut.. Bagus jugak diorang ni dah tere sebab I don't know the exact ingredient amount so ni adalah resepi untuk mereka yang dah biasa di dapur sahaja ye :) (Masa mula2 masak dulu sangat tak suka resepi macam ni and semua yang ada ayat secukup rasa)
Nasi Ayam simple
Bahan-bahan
Halia
Bawang Putih
Chicken stock
Kicap Manis
Kicap Masin
Kunyit
Beras
Butter
Olive Oil (takde pun takpe)
Daun pandan
Cuka/Limau kasturi
Roman Lettuce Salad
Tomato
Telur rebus (takde pun takpe)
Garam
Gula
Cara-cara (mengikut sequence masa masak semalam)
It took me an hour to prepare this last night. So, masak nasi ayam ni cepatlah eh? Tapi kenapa masa bujang dulu pernah masak nasi ayam dengan housmates start masak dari tengah hari dah nak buka puasa baru siap semua... Nampak sangat masa tu sangat tak ada skill multi task masa memasak langsung :)
But masa nak masak nasi ayam semalam, terlupa a few steps and bila try call aunty tak angkat lah pulak.. So I called my mom and asked how she makes her Nasi Ayam. Jadinya semalam kitorang dinner nasi ayam version campur-campur. After letak gambar kat FB ada plak yang nak tau resepi. Daun pandan
Cuka/Limau kasturi

Cara-cara (mengikut sequence masa masak semalam)
- Rebus ayam dengan bawang putih dan halia. Pastikan air cukup untuk masak nasi dan buat sup.
- Bila dah menggelegak and ayam dah masak, keluarkan ayam.
My mom suka letak telur rebus yang dipotong nipis-nipis kat atas salad tu.
Pastikan minyak betul-betul panas supaya ayam jadi garing. Tak perlu goreng lama sebab ayam dah masak.
Sedia untuk dihidangkan kepada keluarga tersayang :)

Vaccination for your child(ren)
A couple of weeks ago, my cousin's 6 months old daughter was hospitalized for diarrhea caused by rotavirus. She was hospitalized for about a week. It was heart breaking to see the drip bandaged to her hand. Last week, a friend to my friend lost her 15 months baby due to diarrhea and rotavirus, again, was the culprit. I was told the virus has creeped into her central nervous system and infected her brain. The baby had diarrhea so the parents brought her to a clinic and was given some medicine. After 2 days her condition did not improve so they brought her to a private hospital and were told the baby was already dehydrated. After 5 days on life support system, she left to heaven.
Both babies did not take extra immunisation apart from those made compulsory by the government. And both could actually be prevented if they have taken the rotavirus vaccine. The first mother was not even aware of the existance of rotavirus vaccine while the second mother thought it was too expensive. It costs about RM600 to RM750 for 3 shots. But the cost for not taking it? More than RM2k for the first case and the life of the baby for the second case.
When Adam was younger, I took the initiative to ask Adam's paed and the doctor in our local clinic for advise on whether we should take the additional vaccines. My favourite book on childcare, "What to Expect" series also listed the vaccines that are made compulsory in developed countries. That was how I learned about the importance of vaccination.
At first it was hard to convince my husband as it costs alot of money, and I had just had a caesarian which costs us alot more money. After I made my case, he finally agreed to it. My mom was not too happy at first as she said I gave Adam too many shots so to her it was like so many chemical going into that little boy's body. So I explained to her what vaccination is all about and now she is the one who encouraged other new parents to give the additional vaccines for their baby.
During vaccination (most but not all), the doctor will insert a weak or dead disease germ into our body. That is how our body will develop its own defence system (antibodies) to protect ourselves against the germs. So, the next time a real strong germ attack, our body can already recognize it and do what needs to be done to shoo them away. Some of these antibodies could remember the germs for the rest of our life. But some, needs a periodical reminder that is why sometimes we have to take the booster shot.
So, what additional vaccines can you get for your child(ren)? I am not qualified to recommend them to you but these are the additional vaccines we took for our little Adam:
1) Rotarix (Rotavirus vaccine) - at 2, 4, 6 months. It helps to fight Rotavirus, the main cause for severe diarrhea in babies.
2) Prevenar (Pneumococcal vaccine) - at 7, 8, 10 months. If your child is above 1 year, only 2 shots are needed. It helps to fight among others, pneumonia and meningitis. I took this vaccine because each time Adam had flu and cough, he will also gets ear infection apart from the high fever. Upon consulting with our local doctor, she advised us to take the vaccine as Pneumococcus is one of the common bacteria that causes ear infection in young children. So we took the chance hoping to kill 2 birds in one stone. Alhamdulillah, after taking the vaccine, Adam did not have ear infection anymore. So we did kill 2 birds in one stone :)
3) Flu Shot (Influenza Vaccine) - to be taken once a year. My colleague told me that she sent her kids for flu shot every year. At that point of time I was not aware of its effectiveness. We took this shot because Adam was about to go back to my parents' place and my brother was a doctor in the H1N1 ward at that time. So, as a precaution we took the shot. Prior to that, Adam had flu that leads to cough and fever almost every other month. After the shot, he had flu only twice. The first one affected the whole family so it might not be the common seasonal flu and the second time, the colour of the mucus was clear and it went away after 2 days without affecting Adam much. I will definitely continue to get him the annual flu shot.
Hope my experience could help you in making the decision whether or not to spend the extra money on vaccination. But of course, consult your doctor first :)

Project Adam 365 : 2010
Finally! After much work and effort from everybody in my family, Project Adam 365 is finally completed. I wanna thank everybody including those who commented and like the photos in my FB because all of you has given me the strength and courage to complete it. When people asked if I want to continue in 2011, without any doubt I said no. It was not easy. Especially when I send Adam back to my hometown. I have to trouble everybody to ensure they take a photo of Adam and send it to me. Having said that, I would want to take the challenge for my next child(ren) because at the end of the day, the compilation of photos showed how your child has grown throughout the year.
To my little Adam, I hope you would understand how much you mean to me and our family. Everybody played their part to ensure our little gift for you would be a reality. You made it easy for us with all your candid action and creative act in exploring the world. You inspired us by your positive atttitude and determination in learning new things. I wish you would stay as my little baby forever :) I love you son..

Siri Mari Memasak: My first lasagna!
Last weekend, we were invited to a surprise birthday party for two of our dearest friends. Dalam email tu semua orang offer nak bawak tu la ni la.. I wanted to bring something too tapi apa??!!! Pening kepala fikir sebab macam semua main meal and dessert dah ada.. nak bawak sesuatu yang orang nak rasa walau sikit so xdela membazir nanti.. tapi tamola susah2 sebab sepatutnya my schedule was quite pack that Saturday..
Fikir punya fikir finally I decided to bake a lasagna! Dahla oven pun tak sure boleh on ke tak.. main redah aje :) So bermulala episod mencari resepi yang paling senang dalam internet.. kalau boleh nak yang bukak botol, tuang dalam baking tray and bakar terus aje.. hehehehe.. pemalas kan :)
Cari punya cari still x jumpa jugak.. Red suace to confirm la sama macam bolognaise je kan so xde problem.. White sauce ni la yang nampak macam renyah sket.. dahla bila tanya my cousin yang sangat tere buat lasagna, dia kata kena kacau selalu supaya tak berketul.. ayarkk.. ni yang malas nie... Bila pegi shopping for the ingredients, saje la tengok ingredients dalam Alfredo sauce and tengok eh, macam sama je dengan recipe white sauce.. ada cheese ada susu ada pepper so selamba je beli :)
Bila tanya dengan head chef bidan terjun of the day (my cousin yang belajar hot & cat at UiTM), dia rasa sket Alfredo tu and dia kata rasa macam white sauce dah ni.. Makanya kami pun terus mulakan rancangan masak-masak kami..
So here is the step by step recipe to make the easy peasy lasagna :) Konfem senang tapi kesedapannya x jamin :)

So here is the step by step recipe to make the easy peasy lasagna :) Konfem senang tapi kesedapannya x jamin :)
Some of the ingredients..
Mula-mula, rendam lasagna noodle dalam air panas.. This was a mistake though, because:
1. We put 2 boxes of the noodle dalam mangkuk yang x berapa nak besar.. muat-muat je semua noodle tu..
2. Rendam lama sangat and by the time nak start layering tu, some of them dah melekat and susah giler nak leraikan..
3. We did not read the instruction on the box! My other cousin (yang tere tu) said, you don't even need to soak them.. duuuuhhhh...
Dalam resipi banyak kata guna Italian Sausages.. err.. mana nak cari.. so, ganti dengan Ramly sausage ajelah..
Ni dua tin button mushroom yang di'slice' nipis-nipis..
2 paket minced meat
Mula-mula, tumis satu sudu rumbu bawang blend and satu sudu bawang putih blend.. I guna planta sebab tak ada olive oil la pulak kat rumah..
Kemudian masukkan minced meat and kacau sampai daging tu dalam setengah masak..
Then, masukkan sos Prego Traditional satu jar besar..
Kalau rasa x cukup tomato, tambah tomato puree pulak.. I guna setin lebih sikit...
Last but not least (untuk red sauce), tambah garam secukup rasa..
Sapukan baking tray dengan planta sket supaya tak melekat
Bolehla mulakan susunan dengan lasagna noodle paling bawah
Ni dia Alfredo sebagai ganti white sauce
Sapukan kat atas lasagna noodle tadi
After letak another layer of noodle, letak red sauce then tabur sausage and mushroom kat atas dia..
Masa ni bolehla sprinkle some oregano and thyme kat atas red sauce tu..
Yang final layer kat atas sekali, bolehla letak white sauce and shredded mozarella cheese sampai penuh.. Then sprinkle some parsley kasi cantek sket :)
Then bakar dalam oven at 180 degree celsius for 40 minutes bergantung kepada ketebalan lasagna anda..
Tadaaa!!!!! Abaikan lapisan yang sangat tebal! sebab ni version makan kat rumah.. yang bawak pegi party tu nipis sket la :)
Selamat mencuba!

Disposable Diaper Sack and Dispenser
A friend introduced me to diaper sack a few months back. It is so convenient! When i went to her place last weekend, she gave me a pack of diaper sack and I love it! Now I don't have to worry about changing Adam on the go as the sack really helps to contain the smell. She told me the one she bought locally cost RM12 for 12 pieces. That is damn expensive! But when her mom went to Australia recently, they bought her a few boxes of the sacks and it costs only AUD2.99 per box (200 pieces in 1 box). Sadly, she said she could not find it anywhere in Malaysia.
Maybe there are places that sell this but we are not aware of it. Any mommies out there know where can I get it?
Anyway, I googled and found this diaper sack with its dispenser. If you know where I can get this, please please please tell me as I don't think Adam will be potty trained anytime soon :)

Belated entry - Our New Year Eve
As mentioned in my previous posting, we spent our New Year eve at Palm Springs, PD. This is the second year we celebrated New Year here thanks to Amir and the gang who were kind enough to organise it.
The plan was to spend the New Year eve at PD then to go to Ulu Kernas, Kuala Kangsar on New Year. Travelling with a toddler is not easy and I don't think Adam would be able to appreciate the beautiful waterfall just yet. It would be hard to handle a toddler at a river stream with slippery rocks and all. So, we opted to just join the first half of the program.
We reached PD at about 9pm. Learning from last year's experience where we only get to eat at about 11pm, some of the gang went to PD earlier to set up the BBQ pit and start BBQing. When we reached there, they are all ready to be eaten :D
We welcomed the New Year eve with celebrating Bob and Che Jai's birthdays. We could only hear the sound of the fireworks but could see none at all. Last year we could see the fireworks from the place we have our BBQ. Maybe this year they have moved the firework to elsewhere.
That night, we were lucky enough to experience the lunar eclipse. At one point of the night, the river besides our BBQ area totally dried and an hour after that it was back to normal. SubhanAllah. Amazing isn't it?
Anyway, food was really great. Companies were even greater. We rarely see each other. So, after tucking the kids to sleep, the guys played cards all night long while the girls gossiping, sharing stories and learned how to play cards :p
Woke up quite early the next day as Adam forced me to play ball with him. After a great breakfast, we joined my family in A Famosa.
I hope next year we will be invited again :) So here are some pictures (credit to Che Jai) of the fun night we had :)

Woke up quite early the next day as Adam forced me to play ball with him. After a great breakfast, we joined my family in A Famosa.
I hope next year we will be invited again :) So here are some pictures (credit to Che Jai) of the fun night we had :)

Let's welcome Alya Adriana!
One of my best friends, Hazila Natasha, whom I met through netball, gave birth to a pretty little princess, Alya Adriana, on 27 December 2009. A few days after she delivered, her son was admitted for a couple of days. It was a chaos for the family. Finally last Sunday after everything has settled down, she texted me saying it's OK for us to visit her.
I really love the name. Such a sweet sweet name. My hubby said he doesn't know how to address the baby coz both names are beautiful. Even the parents haven't decided yet :p
Baby Alya behaved very well. She was sleeping the whole time we were there. So we could not see her famous dimples.. Girls with dimples are very pretty aren't they..
Cepat Alya besar nanti main netball dengan Mommy Kam eh :p

Dinner @ Za's crib
We lost contact for quite some time. Out of the blue, a couple of days ago she added me in FB. I was so happy to chat with her. Za is now married and is a mother of a 5 months pretty little baby. So, last night, my family and I went to her house in Bandar Bukit Raja.
Za was nice enough to make us dinner complete with appetizer and dessert.. Her masak lemak ketam was marvellous! I love her caramel pudding too. We ate and we gossip all night long.
Our husbands also click instantly. Yeay!! This means more session with Za and family in the future :p
This is a picture of us together.
When we were younger and I was much thinner, many people thought we were twins. I don't think so but that's what we always get. Do you think so? Here is a picture of us during my wedding...

Netball
I used to play netball before. I used to play netball everyday. I have played for schools, universities, clubs, companies, states etc.. Along the way, I made many friends. I made many best friends too. And in a couple of minutes, I am about to go for dinner at one of my netball friend's house. One whom I haven't met for quite some time. Chiow!

Our New Year
We spent our New Year eve with my husband's friends at Palm Spring, PD. Malangnya, all the pictures were corrupted. So, kena tunggu the rest of the gang pass me the pictures baru boleh blog about it.
The following day, bangun aje, Adam ajak tengok bird kat luar. Memang banyak sangatla burung kat situ. Suka la Adam kejar burung sana-sini.. Bagus.. tak payah dahla Mommy bawak Adam pergi Bird Park :p Lepas dah penat main kejar burung teman Adam main bola pulak sementara Chef Rozie prepare the Big Breakfast yang sangat sedap! Adam makan 2 servings of the scramble egg.
After perut dah kenyang, the rest of the gang sambung pergi Ulu Kernas pulak while my family and I joined the rest of my family dekat A Famosa Resorts. Sampai-sampai aje tengok my father, my uncles and my cousin dah tengah tunggy my hubby dah. Biasala kalau cuti-cuti family ni, the guys mestila nak golfing tapi kat A Famosa tu, a group of Korean dah book sampai February. So, they had to go to Tiara in Ayer Keroh instead.
Adam and me joined my aunties and the rest of the cousins masuk ke A Famosa Animal World Safari. Tengok dekat kertas dia bagi tu ada 2 pilihan makanan. I opted for Western food which is slightly expensive supaya Adam boleh makan fries. Nasib baik I pilih western food. One of my aunty and a few cousins yang tak diberitahu boleh pilih meal, kena makan Nasi Ayam yang dah nak basi. Kesian diorang. Cashier yang dekat western food tu pun tak friendly. Bila I tanya ada pilihan apa dia just bagitau Chicken Chop or Fish N Chip. Tengok-tengok lepas tu ada yang makan Grilled Chicken. Nasib baik my Chicken Chop was not that bad.
Lepas dah kenyang, kitorang naik bus/train untuk masuk ke wild animal area. It was quite a bumpy ride yela konon-konon dalam hutan kan.. ada dua tiga kali bus/train tu macam mati enjin. Cuak I! Yela dalam kepala dah imagine macam mana diorang nak transfer semua passanger masuk ke new bus/train kalau dah memang xleh jalan with the wild animals roaming around. Takdela banyak sangat wild animals dalam tu. I was hoping to see wild boar ke tapir ke tenuk ke panda ke.. Yang ada cuma a few types of harimau, a few types of lion, pastua ada deer, ostrich, camel, bull hyenas and bear kut.. Ada la kut lagi dua tiga tapi memang tak banyakla.. Tak rasa macam kat dalam Animal Planet pun.. Masa nak balik tu, dia bawak laju and bumpy sangat2 sampai Adam nangis.. kesian Adam..
I would give 3/5 star to A Famosa Animal World Safari and 2/5 star to Umbai new hawker centre.

Then, kitorang jalan pegi tengok Multi Animal Show.. OKla.. biasala asyik2 Orang Utan yang perform.. Masa ni Adam dah boring dah.. Lepas tengok show, kitorang pergi Chicken Farm. Adam really enjoyed himself playing with the chicks :) Mula-mula tu bila suruh pegang Adam geli and takut.. Penatla I fikir macam mana nak suruh dia pegang. Pastu teringat yang Adam dah paham kalau kita kata nak. So, I said to him "Adam, Mommy nak".. I cakap banyak-banyak kali sambil tunjuk kat chick tu. Mula-mula dia macam blur. Pastu, tetiba dia scoop one of the chick and nak bagi kat I. Tapi sebab I jauh from dia and dia dah tak tahan geli dia lepas je chick tu. Heheheh.. A few times jugakla tactic tu menjadi.. sweet kan Adam.. berkorban geli dan takut demi Mommy tercinta :p
After Chicken farm tu, kitorang lalu kambing, donkeys and some other animals. Masa depan binatang tu Adam akan senyap je tapi bila dah lepas cage tu barula Adam repeat bunyi animal tu.. Agaknya dia kaget tengok the characters in his book came to live :p
Our final stop was the Elephant Show. Not bad la.. Adam panggil elephant Elly :) Masa one of my cousin dukung Adam dia sibuk tunjuk ank pergi dekat Elly tapi bila dah dekat dia takut.. From my observation, I think he enjoyed the show.. bila orang tepuk dia pun sakan tepuk..
Malam tu kitorang pergi makan dekat Umbai. Kitorang pergi makan dekat food court yang baru tu. Kesimpulannya tak sehebat Parameswara dekat tempat lama tu lah.. Lain kali tamo pegi dah tempat baru tu.. Nasib baik masa sampai tu terus suap Adam bubur McD sekejap je habis satu mangkuk yang large tu.. Tak lama lepas tu Adam tidur so Mommy and Daddy Adam dapatla makan sambil bergelak ketawa bersama cousins yang lain..Taktik yang baik nie.. lain kali boleh diamalkan :p
